Delivery

Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD) or Chronopost depending on your place of residence.

Products will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days of the Order confirmation sent by the Seller to the Customer. It is understood that the delivery times may vary, without exceeding the maximum indicated above, according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.

It’s simple and free, you have no document to print. The form and the return label are in your package. You have a right of withdrawal of 30 working days from receipt of the products to return them without having to justify or pay a penalty.
